About The Position
Lincoln Village Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs and Resident Assistants to provide personalized care and support, helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. CNA certification is desirable but not required. The position offers 12-hour shifts, with opportunities potentially available across day, evening, and night shifts. The role requires performing its essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements

- Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.
- Ability to safely use applicable resident transfer and mobility equipment.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification is desirable but not required.
- Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Get to know residents and provide individualized support based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide care according to each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
- Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
- Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns.
- Accurately document resident care and services.
- Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated.
- Follow resident-rights, infection-prevention, and safety requirements.
- Participate in required meetings and training.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
