About The Position

As a Navi CNA Caregiver, the contractor provides non-medical in-home support to Navi clients in accordance with each client's co-created care plan. Services include personal care; attendant care and companionship; homemaker services in support of the client; and observation, documentation, and communication with Navi's clinical and scheduling teams and, as authorized, the client's family. The role includes escalating clinical concerns, safety issues, and care-plan questions to the Navi Nurse Manager or designated clinical contact without delay. Work takes place in client residences across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Home conditions vary, and the contractor should be comfortable working around clients' family members and pets. The position involves physical and emotional demands, exposure to bodily fluids and infectious materials, and travel between cases. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. Contractors manage their own schedule, maintain credentials and compliance documentation, provide transportation and a smartphone, pay applicable taxes, and protect client confidentiality.
