CNA Caregiver

Navi Nurses•Tucson, AZ

About The Position

As a Navi CNA Caregiver, the contractor provides non-medical in-home support to Navi clients according to each client’s co-created care plan. Services include personal care, attendant care and companionship, homemaker services in support of the client, and observation, documentation, and communication. The caregiver collaborates with Navi’s clinical and scheduling teams and escalates clinical concerns, safety issues, or care-plan questions to the Navi Nurse Manager or designated clinical contact without delay. The position takes place in clients’ residences across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Homes and circumstances vary, and caregivers should be prepared to work around family members and pets, travel between cases, and perform the physical and emotional demands typical of caregiving work. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement. The caregiver provides their own transportation, smartphone, and personal supplies; manages their schedule and case availability; maintains required credentials and compliance documentation; handles applicable taxes and insurance; and protects client confidentiality. Contractors may work with other clients or care entities if doing so does not create a conflict of interest or breach confidentiality.
