About The Position

The IT Services CMDB and Resilience Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support informed decision-making across IT Services. This role also leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Services Contingency and Disaster Recovery (DR) Program, ensuring organizational resilience and operational continuity. The role requires technical skills to generate, modify, and maintain computer operating system software and application system software of moderate complexity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Two years of related experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information gathering skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Effective verbal and written presentation skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Three years of related experience.
ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Supporting informed decision-making across IT Services.
Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Services Contingency and Disaster Recovery (DR) Program.
Ensuring organizational resilience and operational continuity.
Generating, modifying, and maintaining computer operating system software and application system software of moderate complexity.
Analyzing software system problems of moderate complexity and formulating and implementing solutions.
Performing programming, testing, and documentation.
Recommending development of system routines needed for the efficient use of computer system resources.
Designing approved routines and overseeing their implementation.
Adhering to internal controls and reporting structure.
Performing related duties as required.
