About The Position

The IT Services CMDB and Resilience Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support informed decision-making across IT Services. This role also leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Services Contingency and Disaster Recovery (DR) Program, ensuring organizational resilience and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and two years related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information gathering skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Effective verbal and written presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field and three years of related experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification

Responsibilities

• Ensures the integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Supports informed decision-making across IT Services.
• Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Services Contingency and Disaster Recovery (DR) Program.
• Ensures organizational resilience and operational continuity.
• Analyzes software system problems of moderate complexity and formulates and implements solutions.
• Performs programming, testing, and documentation.
• Recommends development of system routines for efficient use of computer system resources.
• Designs approved routines and oversees their implementation.
• Performs related duties as required.
