About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated a Full-time Clubhouse/Restaurant Manager with a proven track record to oversee the operations of our club, 3 spaces and approximately 10 staff members. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, strong background in hospitality, food industry, and culinary services, with exceptional customer service skills. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club's daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Proficiency in kitchen management and menu planning.
Experience in shift management and overseeing staff schedules.
Ability to manage inventory effectively to control costs and reduce waste.

Nice To Haves

Hotel/Restaurant training is beneficial
Strong background in culinary services is preferred.
Residence within 30 minutes preferred.

Responsibilities
