Clubhouse Generalist
About The Position
Clubhouse Rehabilitation Associate at Skagit Clubhouse in Mount Vernon, WA. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) with potential for full-time. Skagit Clubhouse is part of the international Clubhouse movement, an evidence-based model of psychosocial rehabilitation that helps adults living with serious mental illness reclaim their lives, pursue goals, and build community. Members and staff work side by side to create a space of belonging, hope, and purpose. The role involves supporting members to achieve their personal, educational, social, and employment goals. It is a hands-on position where staff work collaboratively with members on the meaningful work of running the Clubhouse. The team values strengths, creativity, and shared success. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Washington State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access).
- Ability to register as a WA State Counselor (if not already).

Responsibilities
- Work alongside members in daily Clubhouse operations: reception, data entry, meal preparation, snack bar, and maintaining a welcoming space.
- Support members in building skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful work and social opportunities.
- Assist with planning and facilitating events, health and wellness activities, and educational programs.
- Help connect members with community resources (housing, healthcare, employment, benefits, etc.).
- Provide transportation and support for appointments, social outings, or conferences.
- Participate in evening/weekend activities approximately once a month.
- Uphold the Clubhouse International Standards and contribute to a culture of hope, respect, and recovery.

- Pay: $26–$35/hour, depending on experience.
