About The Position

The Club Red Lead Ambassador provides leadership and exceptional communication to Club Red Ambassadors to support excellent guest service, accurate transactions, and the promotion of Club Red membership benefits. The role trains and monitors the Ambassador team, provides corrective guidance, and handles escalated player issues involving program benefits and promotions. It also uses the player tracking system for reporting and ensures promotional drawings and related transactions are completed properly. The Lead Ambassador performs Ambassador duties as needed, supports other marketing tasks as assigned, and helps with the daily operations of Club Red. The position follows casino policies and procedures, internal controls, and Tribal Gaming regulations. The work takes place in a busy, fast-paced casino environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of experience as an Ambassador, or a combination of training and related gaming experience that includes at least six months as an Ambassador.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative skills.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage people.
Intermediate computer skills.
Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work without direct supervision, and work well with others.
Positive attitude.
Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods.
Manual and finger dexterity to operate a personal computer and complete routine paperwork.
Ability to stoop, reach, squat, push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.

Nice To Haves

One year of related experience in a front-line customer contact position.
Experience in marketing, promotions, casino events, or similar positions.
Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

Review and maintain expert knowledge of monthly promotions, players club benefits, and Red Wind Casino offerings.
Ensure promotional drawings and activities are completed accurately, including processes, execution, reporting, required paperwork, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with Players Club policies, procedures, and controls.
Assist the Club Red Supervisor with daily Club Red operations and tasks.
Assist with marketing administrative duties and reporting as assigned.
Train and onboard new Club Red personnel, and provide in-service training and retraining when performance is deficient.
Assist guests with service issues and direct them to appropriate resources.
Monitor Ambassador performance and report observations to the supervisor.
Assist in obtaining guest jackpot photos for advertising purposes.
Promote carded play by identifying opportunities to sell or upsell Club Red benefits and educating guests about carded play.
Provide excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced casino environment.
Perform Ambassador duties as needed and other duties as assigned.
