About The Position

Liberty Place Charleston by Hilton Club is hiring a full-time Club Lounge Attendant to provide welcoming, professional service to owners and guests and help create memorable vacation experiences. The role supports food and beverage service in the Owner's Lounge and other areas, including preparing and delivering guest-room amenities. The attendant maintains clean, organized, well-presented service areas and follows company health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using the listed skills and abilities or another combination of skills and abilities.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the Owner's Lounge continuously to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to carry and move dishes, boxes, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach and move boxes on shelves up to 9 feet high.
• Ability to use a 3-foot step ladder.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous bartending or serving experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome owners and guests warmly and professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about food and beverage offerings.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and assist with service, including alcoholic beverages where applicable.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain food and beverage stations, including coffee and tea service.
• Complete opening and closing duties for the Owner's Lounge and other food and beverage areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the lounge, pantry, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory and replenish or requisition food and beverage items.
• Set up lounge furniture, displays, and service areas according to company standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report maintenance concerns or operational deficiencies to the Manager on Duty.
• Support special guest requests and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Prepare, deliver, and set up food and beverage amenities in guest rooms.
