About The Position

As a Club Lounge Attendant, you will be a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact for hotel guests. You will provide personalized recommendations, arrange reservations, assist with special requests and travel arrangements, and share information about local attractions. The goal is to enhance the guest experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and local expertise. The role may offer career paths into other hospitality positions, including concierge supervisor, guest services manager, and hotel operations management.

Requirements

• A combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• A warm, professional demeanor reflecting HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.
