About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an experienced Club Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at UBS Arena. As a Club Food and Beverage Manager, you will partner with our leadership team to enhance the operations of the Clubs department, offering memorable experiences to our guests. This role offers opportunity and potential to learn where your efforts are rewarded.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or premium experience preferably in a sports and entertainment atmosphere
• Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus
• Previous experience supervising service team members required
• Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment with Delaware North programs
• Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
• Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
