About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class service to guests while explaining the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and handles account services and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance. The position is part-time and may also provide service in other store areas based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Zero to two years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support world-class customer service and help ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and offer opportunities to become CLUB Members, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and remain knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Serve other areas of the store as business needs require.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
