About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role acts as a product expert and carries out account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

The position supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience, serves customers throughout the store as business needs require, and completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
