About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and handles account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

The position supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience, helps customers with membership and account services, and maintains the CLUB Booth and inventory. It also supports store-wide service needs based on business requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and present the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Remain knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
