About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and a productive shopping experience while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role acts as a product expert and carries out account servicing and CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance. The position also serves other areas of the store based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
