About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Associate provides world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert while carrying out account servicing and CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, supporting CLUB sales and customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. The position also provides service to other areas of the store based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and invite them to become Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB Members, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet personal and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
