Seasonal CLUB Customer Service Associate
About The Position
The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and helps customers understand the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and carries out account servicing and CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, supporting CLUB sales and customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. The position supports customers throughout the store, maintains an accurate and organized CLUB Booth, and contributes to store and individual goals. It is a seasonal, part-time role with physical work that includes standing or walking during shifts, communicating with customers, repetitive hand and wrist movements, and frequently lifting or moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Starting pay is $17.00–$19.75.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.
Responsibilities
- Support world-class customer service and provide a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
- Greet customers and offer opportunities to become CLUB Members, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
- Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
- Demonstrate products and remain knowledgeable about advertised sales.
- Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
- Provide CLUB Member services, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
- Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
- Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
- Provide service throughout the store based on business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
