About The Position

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Club Attendant for Club Solitude. The position greets and assists lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining club areas. The attendant is expected to maintain a professional attitude and appearance and provide service that meets Solitude’s standards. This is a part-time, seasonal, hourly position located at Club Solitude/Eagle Springs East, reporting to the Club Solitude Manager.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules that may include holidays and weekends.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-motivation.
• Knowledge of customer service sufficient to meet Solitude’s standards.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
• Ability to work with and around chemicals, including chlorine and acid.
• Effective conflict-management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and respond to requests from guests and owners.
• Maintain control and safety of Club Solitude by following SVMA rules, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Test swimming pool and hot tub chemical levels using a color chart.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to refill pool or hot tub chemicals when needed.
• Replace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as needed.
• Issue temporary key cards for real estate in accordance with SVMA Ving key policy and procedure.
