About The Position

The Club Attendant helps drive member satisfaction by completing cleaning tasks that keep the fitness facility neat, clean, and tidy. This part-time role involves working independently in a positive environment and representing the Workout Anytime brand. The attendant receives training and reports directly to the Club Manager.

Requirements

• Be outgoing, flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Be able to follow instructions and learn new techniques.
• Have attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
• Be able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Be able to independently lift 45 pounds.
• Be available to work some weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Workout Anytime brand as an ambassador.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
• Dust and clean cardio and weight equipment.
• Clean and disinfect locker rooms and restrooms.
• Mop and vacuum all areas of the club.
• Refill supplies as needed and empty trash receptacles.
• Perform all tasks with a members-first approach.
• Pause cleaning tasks when needed to courteously direct members who need assistance to the front desk team or Club Manager.
