About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class service to guests while explaining the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and performs account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, supporting the customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

The position supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience, helps customers with membership and account needs, and provides service throughout the store according to business needs. It performs tasks under general supervision using established procedures and innovation, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations about work procedures, policies, and practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Serve all areas of the store based on business need.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
