Cloud Platform Engineer, Technical Scrum Professional

The job overview for the Cloud Platform Engineer, Technical Scrum Professional role is that the candidate will be responsible for leading scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. • Lead the scrum team(s) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Continuously improve agile ways of working throughout the software lifecycle, removing friction, and coaching along the way.
• Empower agile teams to experiment and learn together on an agile journey of continuous improvement.
• Help the product owner and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Apply software engineering principles to application and operations challenges, with a focus on automation and self-healing.
• Provide an exceptional experience to our development and operations teams, with a focus on self-service using modern approaches.

• Outstanding communication and coaching skills
• Advocate for agile best practices at all stages of the software lifecycle, with well-defined slices of value
• 5 years of experience with a public cloud platform such as GCP, Azure or AWS
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Strong first-hand understanding of patterns and best practices for security, reliability, availability, observability, performance, and scale
• Scrum Master certification
• 5 years of experience with Infrastructure and Platform engineering
• 5 years of experience in automation, orchestration, or CI/CD
• First-hand experience in more than one cloud platform (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
