About The Position

Bitdeer is reinforcing the network team that supports a multi-tenant, multi-region GPU cloud operating at 10,000+ GPU scale. The Cloud Network / SDN Engineer will design and operate tenant network isolation and high-performance GPU interconnects, providing low-latency, lossless fabrics for distributed AI training alongside secure multi-tenancy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in datacenter or cloud networking or SDN.
• Deep expertise in multi-tenant isolation, overlays such as VXLAN and EVPN, and L2/L3 design.
• Experience with SDN controllers and network automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-localization skills under production load.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with high-performance fabrics, including InfiniBand and/or RoCE and RDMA; strongly preferred for GPU/HPC clusters.
• Multi-region network design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and troubleshoot multi-tenant SDN, including tenant isolation, VPC and overlay networking, and east-west and north-south traffic.
• Build and tune high-performance GPU interconnect fabrics using InfiniBand and/or RoCE for distributed training, including lossless configurations and congestion control such as PFC and ECN.
• Plan and operate cross-region interconnect and routing.
• Lead network change management and rapid fault localization to minimize tenant impact.
• Partner with Compute and Control Plane teams on network-provisioning automation.
• Define network architecture standards, security boundaries, and observability.
