About The Position

NetApp is seeking an experienced Cloud Marketplace Operations Program Manager to help operate and scale its business across AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, and other marketplaces. The role works across cloud commerce, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. The manager will own important Marketplace operational processes, resolve complex transaction and platform issues, and build scalable processes that enable NetApp sellers, partners, and customers to transact through hyperscaler Marketplaces. The position requires combining program management with hands-on operational experience and turning complex or ambiguous problems into simple, repeatable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud operations, program management, business operations, product operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with private offers and enterprise Marketplace transactions.
• Experience with Marketplace APIs, integrations, listings, fulfilment, billing, entitlement, or subscription lifecycle management.
• Experience in enterprise software sales or cloud partner ecosystems.
• Product Management or Product Operations experience.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve operational processes across Hyperscaler Cloud Marketplaces.
• Own the end-to-end Private Offer process, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring deals close promptly, and removing sales-cycle bottlenecks.
• Coach adjacent teams through process changes and capability rollouts to support organizational growth.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on Marketplace capabilities, integrations, APIs, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Establish processes, documentation, controls, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Translate hyperscaler Marketplace requirements and changes into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Define and track operational metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead additional Cloud Operations programs as business priorities evolve.
