About The Position

The Clothing Processing Associate helps deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

The associate processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor, supports store recovery and cleanliness, and may assist with ringing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and other store duties. The position supports a positive store culture, safety awareness, and the store’s shrink-reduction goals. The listed schedule is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with customers while modeling established customer experience practices for internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow established merchandising procedures.
• Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and help maintain and clean the entire store.
• Give and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follow labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
