About The Position
The Clothing Processing Associate helps deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. Responsibilities may include processing and preparing clothing merchandise for the sales floor, assisting customers at checkout, supporting store recovery, and contributing to a safe and welcoming store environment. The posted schedule is 7am–3pm. The position is located at TJ Maxx Store 0349 in Appleton, Wisconsin, and starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
