About The Position

The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for processing apparel merchandise shipments, from receipt through stocking on the sales floor and in receiving. The role follows Visual Merchandising and MPS standards and uses the inventory management system to process and replenish merchandise. The position also supports backroom organization, truck unloading, pricing and signage, and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices, including System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and the Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information, including plan-o-grams, visual guides, and merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reports to organize merchandise for sales-floor replenishment.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is listed as the preferred degree.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise upon receipt in accordance with Visual Merchandising and MPS standards, using the inventory management system.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor according to Visual Merchandising standards and inventory management system requirements.
• Stay informed about advertised sales to support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with merchandise pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep the work area clean, neat, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Keep backstock merchandise organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
