About The Position

Benedictine is seeking dependable, caring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents and build meaningful relationships with them. The role is on the front lines of resident care, supporting residents’ dignity, respect, and choices. This is a regular, year-round part-time evening position with a consistent 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. schedule. The position is not seasonal, temporary, or casual/as-needed; associates are expected to maintain consistent availability and work their assigned schedule throughout the year in accordance with scheduling and attendance expectations. New graduates are welcome. The salary range is $22.95–$25.14, with an additional $2.00 per hour evening shift incentive and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid upon hire. Benedictine and its ministry partners are a nonprofit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements

Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
Have good communication skills.
Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Hold BLS certification.
Maintain consistent availability and work the assigned schedule throughout the year.
