About The Position

The Housekeeper performs commercial cleaning tasks at the Burlington Co. Endoscopy Center in Lumberton, New Jersey, following ServiceMaster TBS Division task schedules and procedures. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at $17.00 per hour. On-the-job training is provided to people with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Arrive at the work location at the scheduled time.
Work within the allotted hours.

Wear the proper uniform at all times.
Be able to distinguish cleaning products and understand their uses.
Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, push, stoop, kneel, and crouch constantly.

Responsibilities

Empty trash.
Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
Dust exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, and moldings.
Clean glass and mirrors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Vacuum and mop floors.
Perform weekly detailed cleaning.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
Complete special requests from the client and record them in the company log.
