About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring part-time and full-time Clothing and Housewares Handlers at its Saginaw store. The position pays $15.00 per hour and offers 25 to 40 hours per week. Handlers process new and donated softline and hardline merchandise, price and display items, and meet a production standard of 85–100 pieces per hour. The role requires following safety standards, including wearing gloves and using a tagger gun. Applicants must be able to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds, reaching, bending, stooping, and standing for six to eight hours per day. The position also requires the ability to distinguish colors and work in an organized, fast-paced setting.

Requirements

Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned.
Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds, with or without help.
Ability to reach, bend, or stoop and use safe lifting techniques.
Ability to stand six to eight hours a day.
Ability to distinguish colors.
Ability to work in an organized, fast-paced environment.
