About The Position

Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking enthusiastic, service-focused individuals to join its team as Front of House and Drive-Thru Specialists. In this cross-trained role, team members provide guest service inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. They help create memorable guest experiences through friendly interactions, order accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality while upholding Chick-fil-A’s values. The role involves working indoors and outdoors, including in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions; proper gear is provided. Team members may assist with restocking, preparation, and daily opening and closing duties. The employer describes opportunities for training, development, advancement, and recognition.

Requirements

Availability must extend to 10:45 PM at least two times a week.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Must be reliable, punctual, and coachable.
Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and serve guests in the dining room, at the front counter, and in the drive-thru.
Take and confirm accurate guest orders using POS systems.
Deliver food promptly and accurately with a genuine smile.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, drink stations, and drive-thru lanes.
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Assist with restocking, preparation, and daily opening and closing duties.
Work outside in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions, with proper gear provided.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support smooth operations.
Demonstrate a guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork.
