About The Position

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Clinical Wellbeing Intern to join its Employee Benefits Clinical team in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office. This is a 10-week summer internship offering exposure to clinical strategies, policies, and practices for employee benefit clients in an innovative company culture. The position is onsite and provides opportunities to learn and develop relevant skills while collaborating with industry experts and leaders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or pursuing enrollment at a four-year institution.

Nice To Haves

• Majors such as Health Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, or Health Promotion; other majors may also be relevant.
• Prior work experience, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical vendor management, materials, and playbooks.
• Help review clinical insights and strategies in place, and assess clients’ future clinical needs.
• Assist in developing wellbeing deliverables tailored to each client’s population health needs.
• Assist with client presentations and communications tailored to each client’s employee population.
