About The Position

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Clinical Wellbeing Intern to join its Employee Benefits Clinical team in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office. This is a 10-week summer internship offering exposure to clinical strategies, policies, and practices for employee benefit clients in a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture. The position is onsite and provides opportunities to learn, develop skills, and collaborate with experts and leaders across Holmes Murphy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or pursuing enrollment at a four-year institution.

Nice To Haves

• Majors pursued by prior interns include Health Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, Health Promotion, and related fields.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical vendor management, materials, and playbooks.
• Help review clinical insights and existing strategies, and assess clients’ future clinical needs.
• Assist in developing wellbeing deliverables tailored to each client’s population health needs.
• Assist with client presentations and communications tailored to each client’s employee population.
