The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering new hire orientation and ongoing training programs for Front Desk Associates, Medical Assistants, and Radiologic Technologists across the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational consistency, clinical excellence, and a positive patient and employee experience by providing initial onboarding, refresher training, competency support, and ad hoc education in response to identified needs. The Training Specialist regularly travels to all centers to provide in-person coaching, support process improvements, reinforce best practices, and address training opportunities. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with required certifications, including CPR. Travel is an essential function of this role. Mileage incurred while traveling between centers will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
