Primarily applies licensed practical nurse knowledge to support the onboarding, ongoing education, and competency development of clinical staff in Residential Care and the Rural Health Clinic. Assists the Clinical Nurse Educator with the Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) Program and clinical education throughout the district. This is a Training and Staff Development position and does not provide direct patient care; clinical credibility is established through active Washington practical nurse licensure, maintained while practicing within an education and training scope. Supports the NAC Program as a supplemental skills instructor under the direction of the registered nurse program instructor, who retains primary instruction and program accountability. Aligns training support with DNV, CMS Conditions of Participation, and Washington State Department of Health requirements, and NAC training support with Washington State DSHS requirements under WAC 388-112A.
