The Clinical Training Specialist III is part of the Business Operations Department. This role involves collaborating with all departments to identify essential skills, designing methods to assess employee performance, and developing improved training materials based on these assessments. The specialist will work with various teams to deliver training programs, conduct new hire clinical orientation, and provide ongoing training based on performance evaluations, career development plans, and management directives. They will also create and deliver training based on quality control, quality assurance, and organizational data trends, manage and coordinate training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and update training content. The role requires ensuring standardized clinical procedures across sites, participating in team meetings, coordinating in-person mentoring, and conducting webinars for study-specific training and protocol changes. Additionally, the specialist will liaise with other training specialists, assist with internal staff training sessions, and complete required certifications like ICH-GCP and IATA in a timely manner. A working knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, clinic SOPs, and individual protocols is necessary. The role involves identifying training needs with leadership, organizing training interventions, and managing training across learning management systems.
