The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program provides short-term, staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis stabilization and treatment services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year (24/7/365) for adults ages 18 and older. CCS is a community-based program that serves as a clinically necessary, less-restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. In collaboration with the Director of Stabilization Services, the Clinical Team Manager (CTM) is responsible for clinical oversight and quality of services within the program, including individual and group therapy, case management, and peer support.
