About The Position

Regions Hospital Infusion Clinic is hiring a Clinical Support Technician with strong verbal and written communication skills. The position supports patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. The technician may also provide supply and/or sterilization support, maintaining a safe, adequately stocked, clean, and organized work area. The role includes implementing cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The employer describes HealthPartners as a nonprofit, integrated health care organization providing insurance in six states and care at more than 90 locations, including hospitals and clinics in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of customer service experience and/or healthcare experience.
Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
Complete a BLS course within one week of hire and maintain BLS certification in accordance with the American Heart Association; online-only courses are not accepted.

Nice To Haves

Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program, or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with at least one year of pharmacy technician experience.
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification.
