About The Position

The Clinical Support Tech supports clinic operations and patient care in the ENT clinic. Responsibilities include routine scheduling, assisting with nasopharyngeal swabbing and other specimen collection, administering medication—including injections—under supervision, checking patients in and recording vital signs, allergies, and current medications, and preparing patients for examinations or procedures as appropriate. The position is 100% FTE (40 hours per week), typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours may vary according to clinic needs.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Clinical health care experience preferred.
• MA, CNA, EMT, Tech (PT, RT, Eye, etc.), Athletic Trainer, or other Allied Health discipline qualification and/or student status in an Allied Health program preferred.

Responsibilities
