About The Position

Regions Oncology clinic is hiring a Clinical Support Technician with strong verbal and written communication skills. The position supports patient care by performing tasks consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. It may also include supply-aide and/or sterilization duties, such as maintaining a safe, adequately stocked, clean, and organized work area and implementing cleaning and sterilizing procedures in support of infection control and OSHA standards.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience and/or healthcare experience.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
• Complete a BLS course within one week of hire and maintain BLS certification in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA); online-only courses are not accepted.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program, or current pharmacy technician registration with one or more years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification.

• Maintain a safe, adequately stocked, clean, and organized work area when functioning in a supply-aide and/or sterilization capacity.
• Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
