Part Time Weekend Clinical Support Staff (Residential Setting)
About The Position
We are seeking Clinical Support Staff to contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders in a residential, home-like setting. The role oversees daily activities, supervises meal preparation and household responsibilities, and facilitates the development of independent living skills. Staff conduct routine wellness checks, maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, and provide guidance, support, and encouragement as clients progress in recovery. Additional duties include assisting with medication oversight, coordinating transportation to scheduled client appointments, responding to medical or crisis situations, and ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. The position is part-time and scheduled Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hours after 10 p.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour, and weekend shifts receive an additional $0.75 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in the human services field.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, as specified in the personnel policies.
- Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
