About The Position

This role is responsible for leading all implementation activities within the clinical supply chain. The coordinator will identify and involve appropriate individuals and departments, manage and track implementation timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met, and coordinate product and material samples. They will maintain direct communication with CQVA for alignment and problem resolution, lead weekly Project Tracker Calls to provide status updates, identify risks, and drive action items. Additionally, the coordinator will support clinical implementation efforts, serve as a resource for clinical end users, and act as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions and issue resolution. This involves identifying, investigating, and resolving implementation challenges through problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in business management, healthcare management, supply chain management or related field. Two years of experience related to this role may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below
  • 3 years of relevant hospital/health care experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or healthcare field
  • 3 years relevant leadership or coordination of teams, programs, quality improvement, analysis or operations
  • Value analysis or supply chain experience
  • Understanding of clinical evidence, financial analysis and quantitative/qualitative assessment data

Responsibilities

  • Lead all implementation activities and identify the appropriate individuals and departments that need to be involved throughout the process
  • Manage and track implementation timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate product and material samples, working closely with Materials Management and other operational teams
  • Maintain direct communication and collaboration with CQVA, ensuring alignment and prompt problem resolution
  • Lead the weekly Project Tracker Call providing status updates, identify risks, and drive action items to completion
  • Support clinical implementation efforts, serve as a visible and accessible resource for clinical end users and serve as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions and issue resolution
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve implementation challenges through effective problem-solving and cross-functional coordination
