About The Position
Saint Luke's Plaza is now seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team! If you love a fast paced environment, this role is right for you! This is a Full Time position, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. RN license in MO and KS is required, as well as BLS certification. Previous leadership experience is preferred, and previous cardiology experience is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- RN MO and KS required
- BLS required
- 1 year Applicable Experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree - Nursing
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Previous cardiology experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
- Supervise assigned clinical departments.
- Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.
- Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff as needed.
- Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
