The Open Access (OA) Clinical Supervisor assists with the oversight of the OA program, ensuring clients with mental health disorders and co-occurring disorders have timely access to services. This role provides crisis assistance to remote and on-site clinicians, including safety planning. The supervisor offers clinical direction, supervision, oversight, and guidance to team members. Responsibilities may include carrying a caseload, completing intake assessments, and collaborating effectively within the agency and with external partners. The position promotes team compliance with clinical requirements, adheres to and enforces agency policies, and provides direct treatment and crisis assessments as needed. The role assists the Chief Operations Officer, Clinical Directors, and Program Manager in overseeing clinical services for clients with behavioral health disorders and provides clinical direction to teams that may include QMHPs, QMHAs, CADC’s, and support staff.
