Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues in adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The Mobile Crisis Assessment and Treatment (MCAT) team serves individuals aged 22 and older who require crisis intervention, stabilization, or may need inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. The MCAT team prioritizes referrals from various sources including DCRs, psychiatric triage, first responders, and hospital emergency departments. They serve individuals who frequently interact with law enforcement, emergency departments, and the legal system, and may have co-occurring disorders or be homeless. MCAT also provides crisis response for Trueblood class members identified by the Health Care Authority. The position involves a Wednesday-Saturday shift from 12 PM to 10:30 PM, with a shift differential.
