CNA Paid Training Class with Provided Position
About The Position
The Clinical Student – CNA is enrolled in a training class to learn current skills and techniques for providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living for individuals living in or rehabilitating at a senior living health care community. The program includes an effective curriculum, with learning supporting the success of the team and community and helping create a place residents are proud to call home. The position requires regular attendance in the program. Candidates must be able to commit to six months of employment after certification and complete a pre-screen telephone interview, an on-site personal interview, and pre-employment screening, including a background check and tuberculosis screening. The role has no direct reports or supervisory requirements. Employees are expected to provide courteous, responsive, and quality service to residents in accordance with the principles of the Platinum Service® program and to follow all company policies and procedures. The Village Health & Rehabilitation is a 193-bed skilled nursing community in Missoula, Montana, serving rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care residents. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Commit to six months of employment after certification.
- Have a passion for caring for people.
