About The Position

The Clinical Student – CNA is enrolled in a training program to learn current skills and techniques for providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living for people living in or rehabilitating at a senior living health care community. The program features an effective curriculum, and learning is presented as integral to the success of the team and community and to creating a place residents are proud to call home. The role requires regular attendance in the program. Candidates must be able to commit to six months of employment after certification and complete a pre-screen telephone interview, an on-site personal interview, and pre-employment screening, including a background check and tuberculosis screening. The position has no direct reports or supervisory requirements. Employees are expected to provide courteous, responsive, and quality service to residents in keeping with the Platinum Service® principles, and to follow all applicable policies and procedures. The job description notes that duties and responsibilities may be assigned or changed by management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must be able to commit to six months of employment after certification.
Must have a passion for caring for people.
Must complete a pre-screen telephone interview, an on-site personal interview, and pre-employment screening, including a background check and tuberculosis screening.

Responsibilities

Follow company policies and procedures and complete job-related duties as assigned.
