Paid CNA Training Program
About The Position
Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking motivated individuals interested in starting a healthcare career. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. Participants gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment while learning resident care skills alongside experienced nursing staff. They will have the opportunity to work toward state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Successful program graduates are eligible for full-time positions with benefits. Pay is $15.50 per hour during training and $19.50 per hour starting pay after successful completion of training and CNA certification. The schedule is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable and willing to learn.
- Able to commit to the full-time training schedule.
- No prior experience is required.
