About The Position

Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic, clinically skilled, and collaborative professional to join its Urology division as a Prosthetic Urology Clinical Specialist. The role partners closely with Territory Managers to provide clinical support for prosthetic urology procedures in operating rooms and physician clinics. The work supports patient outcomes and relationships with healthcare providers, while offering patients guidance, education, and hands-on support throughout their treatment journey, from consultation through recovery.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs.
• Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments, including operating rooms and clinics.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing degree; a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or patient care setting.
• Direct patient care background, such as registered nurse, medical assistant, therapist, or technician.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and commitment to excellence.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and anticipate future needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide case support, troubleshooting, and advanced product guidance as a clinical expert.
• Consult with physicians during procedures, providing insights on technique and product performance.
• Deliver educational conversations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare teams and potential patients.
• Address customer concerns with solution-oriented thinking and collaborate across functions when needed.
• Document procedural device usage and clinical data accurately and on time.
• Champion Boston Scientific’s Quality Policy and maintain excellence and compliance in all work.
• Guide potential patients from initial consultation and education through post-procedure support, helping ensure clarity, comfort, and confidence.
