About The Position

Performs patient assessment, psychotherapy, and coordination of services. Collaborates as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and deliver treatment and discharge plans for patients. This position is based at Milford Regional and is scheduled for 32 hours per week on the day shift, with every other weekend scheduled. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The stated hiring range is $66,684.80–$120,016.00 based on a 40-hour workweek; compensation for reduced schedules is prorated and may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. A signing bonus may be available, with eligibility confirmed during the interview process.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work.
Current Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure.
One to three years of social work experience.
Demonstrated ability in psychosocial assessment, knowledge of community resources, crisis intervention skills, discharge planning, and working with a multidisciplinary team.
Data compilation and analysis skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake interviews with patients and families to develop psychosocial evaluations.
Participate in treatment planning during initial interviews and coordinate daily team meetings.
Provide psychosocial assessments and treatment, individual and group education or therapy, including for dual-diagnosis cases, and associated social work services.
Serve as a primary clinician for individual, couples, and family therapy.
Work with outpatient providers to coordinate treatment planning.
Coordinate services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on treatment and discharge planning.
