About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LISW) to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for independently licensed clinicians in Ohio who can offer a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability. The position involves treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and requires a commitment to helping clients achieve measurable progress. Candidates should be comfortable with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools, and be good team players. Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Ohio— LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
